Description

Shrimp Tempura consists of large shrimp coated in a light, airy batter and deep-fried until golden and crispy. The batter creates a delicate crunch while keeping the shrimp tender and juicy inside. It is commonly served with tempura dipping sauce, rice, or noodles.

  • Cornstarch 
  • Egg
  • Ice-cold water
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Salt

Heating Instructions

  • Avoid Microwave: Microwaving may cause the batter to become soft.
